Measure your pet from nose to the base of their tail. Cat caves: our standard cave suits most cats up to 6kg. Dog beds come in Small (20×50cm, suits dogs up to 8kg) and Large (25×70cm, suits dogs up to 20kg). When in doubt, size up — pets love having room to stretch.
We offer 15-day hassle-free returns for change of mind on unwashed, undamaged items. Simply contact us at hello@pawfur.com.au and we'll arrange a return. Faulty or damaged items are covered under our full replacement guarantee.
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro areas and 5–8 days for regional Australia. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Spot clean with a damp cloth for minor marks. For deeper cleaning, gently hand wash in cool water with a mild wool-safe detergent and reshape while wet. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry flat in a shaded area. Wool is naturally odour-resistant so frequent washing isn't needed.
Yes. We use 100% natural wool with Azo-free dyes — no synthetic dyes, no formaldehyde, no harsh chemicals. Wool is naturally hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. It's a much safer choice than synthetic pet beds, which can off-gas chemicals especially when new.
Most pets take to wool felt immediately — the warmth and enclosed shape of our cat caves appeals to cats' natural instinct to seek out cosy dens. For dogs, try placing the bed in a familiar spot and add a worn garment with your scent to help them settle in. If your pet doesn't take to it within 15 days, we'll arrange a return.
